Product Overview

The DX-RFC4 synchronous controller is an advanced auxiliary device of RF Power Generator to control the output synchronization when multiple RF power supplies involved. It supports multiple control modes. The host can control multiple RF power supplies by only controlling the synchronous controller. It can monitor the operation status of the RF Power Generator in real time, and when one of the RF power supplies fails to start protection, other power supplies will respond synchronously to ensure the stable operation of the entire system.
